How to choose and use gas holder sealing oil in different seasons and areas?
In spring, summer and autumn, when the temperature is high, the gas holder is generally stable, and it is not easy to have big problems; in winter, when the temperature is low, the possibility of failure and accident of the sealing mechanism and sealing medium of the gas holder is greatly increased. So:
(1) ensure heating: the oil temperature shall be kept at least above 15 ℃, and the oil and water can be effectively separated. The steam temperature is controlled between 100 ℃ and 110 ℃. In winter, avoid the piston not moving for a long time. If possible, the piston should go up and down one whole journey every day. It is suggested to lay a layer of electric heating system outside the insulation layer of the oil supply pipe to start when the oil supply pipe freezes.

(3) ensure the effect of oil-water separation: lower the water level of the oil tank at the bottom of the tank, lower the water level below 50 mm of the bottom of the oil inlet pipe, and control the oil-water interface below the bottom of the oil inlet pipe, so that the oil with less water in the upper layer of the oil tank at the bottom of the tank flows into the oil-water separator.
